Vehicle Description
INTRODUCTION: Warning! Not for the faint of heart! A supercharged 426 V8 in a blacked out Challenger, that's the definition of badass. From the paint to the finished trunk, quality workmanship is evident everywhere you look, but the real enjoyment comes when you are behind the wheel managing those 700 horsepower. Personally, I'm not sure which one I like better, the whine of the Pro-Charger, or the growl of the exhaust, but that you can decide for yourself!
EXTERIOR: So tough looking! The Formal Black paint has been applied with great attention to detail and polished to a glass like finish. Looking down the side of the laser straight body is satisfying with all its crisp lines and smooth contours. The panels have all been properly aligned with good gaps that are well above average. The hood is steel with a carbon fibre finish that is also functional directing air into the engine bay. A chin spoiler and rear spoiler further improve its profile. Dual sport mirrors are a much appreciated option, and the pop up gas cap is just as cool as the applied side scoops. The tinted windows help tie together the entire aesthetic. A sexy set of staggered black Ridler wheels with polished lips are 18” in front and 20” in the rear. They are clad in performance radial tires.
INTERIOR: Full custom! The high back bucket race seats are practical and pretty with their red diamond stitching. Just like the matching rear seat, they have fresh upholstery that is tight and fresh looking. The molded door panels are in great condition. The original style center console now has a carbon fiber finish with storage and also houses the automatic shifter. It has new Rallye gauges that look just like the originals with only 34 miles showing on the odometer. The gauge bezel also has a carbon fiber finish to compliment the center console. Front and rear cameras are connected to a large screen Sony stereo that has bluetooth capabilities. The dash pad does not have any cracks, plus the carpet and headliner have been replaced.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: Power comes from a BMP (Bill Mitchell Products) aluminum 426 Wedge block topped with Edelbrock aluminum heads and a high-rise Edelbrock intake. Fuel is delivered through a FAST port fuel-injection system with Edelbrock Pro-Flo fuel rails, while MSD ignition ensures precise spark control. Headers help the big wedge breathe freely, but the real muscle comes from an F-2 ProCharger centrifugal supercharger force-feeding the 426, it's controlled by a Big Red blow-off valve and cooled with a huge intercooler. The result is explosive horsepower, conservatively rated at 700, which can be increased even more by changing the pulley!
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Fully finished! The entire trunk has been nicely boxed and carpeted with great detail. Removable panels conceal the relocated battery and look amazing too with a quality fit. The underside of the trunk lid and inside the jamb are neatly painted Formal Black.
UNDERSIDE: Up front, the suspension has been completely upgraded with tubular control arms, coilover adjustable gas shocks, a thicker sway bar, and rack-and-pinion steering for vastly improved handling and responsiveness. Out back, it features tubular upper and lower control arms along with double-adjustable coilover gas shocks. The 3 inch TIG welded stainless exhaust with X-Pipe delivers an aggressive tone through SpinTech mufflers and the correct square R/T tips exiting cleanly through the valance. A fully custom fuel system supports the fuel-injected powerplant. The upgraded drilled and slotted Wilwood disc brakes at all four corners will stop you in a dime and are complete with a functional parking brake. Beneath the aluminum engine is an extra-capacity oil pan and a high-torque starter. A built 727 TorqueFlite transmission sends power to a stout 3.90 Sure Grip rear end. The floors are all clean rust free metal with undercoating and a satin black finish.
SERVICE: We take pride in our cars and reputation. Therefore, we built a 2 million dollar, 10,000 square ft service center, and hired a team of technicians to service the essentials on every car we sell.
CONCLUSION: Menacing! If you got the itch to be bad, this is the car for you. Get in, mash the gas, and be gone like a thief in the night!
