These terms cover your use of this website. They do not cover the purchase of a vehicle — that is governed by the paperwork you and we sign at the time of sale, which takes precedence over anything written here.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this site you agree to what follows. If you don't agree, please don't use it. We may revise these terms; the effective date above shows the current version.

2. About our listings

We describe each vehicle as accurately as we can, and we photograph them in detail. Even so, these are old cars. Descriptions, mileage figures, specifications and photographs are provided in good faith but are not warranties, and mistakes are possible.

Odometer readings are reported as they appear and, on vehicles of this age, may not represent actual mileage.

Prices, availability and specifications can change without notice. A vehicle shown here may already be under deposit or sold. Prices exclude taxes, title, registration and any documentation fees unless we state otherwise in writing.

We encourage an independent inspection before you buy. Arrange one and we will accommodate it. What you or your inspector find in person governs over anything on this page.

3. The site is not a contract

Nothing on this website is an offer to sell. Listings are invitations to enquire. A sale exists only once both sides have signed a purchase agreement and the terms in that document — including price, condition and what is included — are the ones that count.

Sending a message through this site places you under no obligation, and it does not reserve a vehicle.

4. Using the site

Please don't:

• Scrape, harvest or bulk-copy our listings, photographs or descriptions.
• Submit false or misleading details through our forms, or send automated submissions.
• Attempt to gain access to any part of the site that isn't public.
• Interfere with the site's operation or security.
• Use anything here to promote a competing business.

5. Our content

The text, photographs, videos, layout and code on this site belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for your own use while considering a purchase. Anything beyond that needs our written permission.

Vehicle makes, models and badges are the trademarks of their respective manufacturers. We use them to describe the cars we sell; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by any manufacturer.

6. Outside links

Some pages link to services we don't control — mapping, video, financing and state registration lookups among them. We provide those links for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, and their terms and privacy policies apply once you leave here.

Our shipping calculator gives an estimate based on straight-line distance. It is not a quote. Confirmed transport pricing comes from us in writing.

7. Liability

This website is provided as it is. We don't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer protection law, or any obligation we owe you under a signed purchase agreement.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa, without regard to conflict of law rules. Any dispute about this website will be heard in the courts of that state.
