Shipping Questions
How long does delivery take?
Most deliveries land within 7 to 14 days of cleared payment. Distance, weather and how full the route is all move that window. You'll get a confirmed pickup date once the car is assigned to a truck, and the driver calls ahead before arrival.
Is the trailer enclosed or open?
Enclosed as standard on every classic we ship. The car travels out of the weather, off the public eye, and strapped by the wheels rather than the frame. Open transport is available on request if you'd rather save on cost.
Is the car insured in transit?
Yes. Every load moves under the carrier's cargo insurance, and we send you the certificate before the car is collected. Condition is photographed at pickup and again at delivery, so there's a record either side of the journey.
What happens on delivery day?
The driver unloads the car and walks it over with you against the pickup photographs. Once you're satisfied, you sign the bill of lading. Take your time here — that signature closes out the transport.
Can you deliver to a home address?
Usually. Narrow streets, low branches and tight cul-de-sacs sometimes stop a full-size transporter, in which case the driver arranges a nearby meeting point such as a parking lot. Tell us about access when you book and we'll plan for it.
Do you ship outside the United States?
We do, by container from the nearest port. International moves need export paperwork and customs clearance at the far end, so quotes are handled case by case. Call us with the destination country and we'll price it out.
